Creating an account is easy and optional. Just click the My Account or Sign In link on our website and fill in your details to register. Having an account lets you save your shipping address and view your order history and tracking. (You can also check out as a guest, but an account makes things smoother.)

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your products! If you need to return something, here’s a quick overview of our return policy:

  • Change of Mind: We accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind, as long as you return the item within 28 days of purchase in its original condition (unopened, unused, in original packaging) and include your proof of purchase. Returns after 28 days won’t be accepted for change-of-mind, sorry!

    • Note: For hygiene-sensitive items like cosmetics, beauty products, or fragrances, we cannot accept a return if the item has been opened or the hygiene seal broken. Please choose such products carefully, because if you’ve unsealed or used them, they’re yours to keep (unless they’re faulty).

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ve got you covered. Contact us and we’ll arrange a solution – typically a replacement or full refund. If we ask you to return the faulty/wrong item, we’ll cover any return shipping costs for you. Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Who Pays for Return Shipping (Change of Mind): If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, generally the return postage is at your expense. We don’t offer free return shipping in those cases, so please pack and send the item back to us using a trackable method. Once we receive it in original condition, we’ll process your refund (minus any shipping fees paid).

  • Free Gifts/Promos: If your purchase included a free gift or promotional item, please send that back as well if you are returning the main product. (Free gift items can’t be returned or exchanged on their own and have no refund value.)

In summary, we aim to be fair: we’ll fix any mistakes on our end and take back change-of-mind items within 28 days as long as they’re unopened.
