Fastway is our main subcontracted delivery service company. Unfortunately, Fastway is unable to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. For your Shipping address please provide the Physical/Street address.

These delivery times relate only to business days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.
Please note, your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple carriers. Detailed tracking information will be found at your account at www.Bestcosmetics.com.au upon dispatch.
While we always strive to ensure on time delivery, there might be instances when the package may be delivered past the confirmed date.
Bestcosmetics shall not be liable to any person if we decline to supply product(s) for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to decline orders without disclosing the reason behind that action.
• Please note that the delivery fees quoted on our website are based on the most economical shipment methods, we reserve the right to adjust the delivery fees at any time for your purchase orders should the lowest rate or courier method becomes unable. This applies to customers who pay by bank payment, internet banking, credit card or PayPal. We are not liable for any losses or delays if we can’t reach you through the phone number or email address you provided when placing the order.
• If the Customer fails to sign or did not request for signature to be obtained on delivery of the Products, the Products shall be left at the delivery address, where courier driver feels it was safe to drop, and be deemed delivered at that point in time. It is the customer`s responsibility to give our company delivery instruction (like Signature required or Do not drop at front door etc), our General instructions to the courier drivers is to drop the boxes at the delivery address if no instructions were given by the customer to do otherwise. The property and risk in the product shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer`s delivery address, and when the courier company confirms that it has been delivered to the right address.
• In case of short or incorrect delivery you need to contact us as soon as possible. Any queries regarding delivery of parcels and the contents will not be considered after 14 days from dispatch date.
Any faults in any of our products should be reported to us as soon as possible and always in a reasonable time period.
We have the right to seek the return of any faulty goods from the customer and therefore customers should not dispose of any faulty items without first consulting Bestcosmetics. We will determine whether or not it requires the faulty product to be returned or not. If we seem the return of the faulty product we will pay reasonable costs of return and redelivery of the product.
No refunds will be given for goods if you have simply changed your mind unless they have been returned within 28 days of the date of purchase in the original packaging and a receipt or invoice must be provided as to proof of purchase.
Change of mind returns after 28 days will not be accepted.
Returns and/or exchanges for incorrect products ordered or change of mind returns will be at the cost of the customer. This includes courier/postage fees for return products and courier/postage fees for parts sent from us as an exchange (this condition does not apply to faulty products).
If the customer received a free gift as part of a promotion and the product or portion of the product is returned for any reason (unless it was a faulty or defective product) the free gift must be returned along with the unwanted product. Free gifts cannot be returned for refund or exchange and have no cash value of their own.
The liability of Bestcosmetics for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from one of our products for non-compliance of any of our products or for any other reason shall not in the event exceed the amount equivalent to the price of the product.
We have the right to change its policy relating the return and refund of products at any time without notice.
All exchanges or returns must be at customer`s cost.
Special conditions when buying Skin Care Products, washing products and some toiletries:
Due to the delicate nature of these kind of products and for hygienic reasons, Bestcosmetics will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances, so please choose carefully before ordering.
All prices on the website are in AU$ and GST inclusive.

All quotes from Bestcosmetics are valid while stocks last unless stated otherwise.
Specials are subject to availability and while stocks last.
How to return a product ordered on Bestcosmetics Online
Products ordered at Bestcosmetics Online can be returned to our warehouse. You will need your tax invoice (email receipt) as information on this is needed as proof of purchase. For change of mind return/exchange, delivery fee is non-refundable.
You return the item within 28 days of purchase;
You produce your original invoice at the time you return the item
The item is in resaleable condition including that:
It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition;
Any sew-in labels are still attached; and
The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).
If these requirements are not satisfied Bestcosmetics reserves the right not to accept return or refund for change of mind returns.
Bestcosmetics will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:
These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.
Your original Bestcosmetics invoice is the best form of proof of purchase
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
