Remove the product from the transparent bag and fold it in half with the printed side facing inward. Place it in the center of the microwave. (Wipe any dirt off the surface where you’ll place the product.) Ensure that the beans are evenly distributed before placing them.	Heat according to the recommended time. Do not use microwave outputs exceeding 700W. Do not leave the microwave unattended while heating.
Place the product on your neck and shoulders with the printed side facing up. Use for approximately 30 minutes as a guideline.
